Hey ladies,
I just realized that someone answered my post. I was checking out the previous Fox Hollow site but it's from last year. I dont think anyone really goes on that one. but thank you so much! Question: I was wondering what 'extras' fox hollow threw in for you? When I first went in the guy threw in a mini vienesse and a free room at the inn. THEN I recommended a friend of mine who is ALSO getting married to go see him and check out the Fox...and he offered free mini vienese, Free chair covers, ice sculptures and a free room at the inn. I was like ***? Anyway, I really HATE negotiating with people and I am the WORSE person when it comes to that. So anyway, when I went to see him again to change the time of the party i asked him if there was a reason why he offered my friend free chair covers and not me. He sid something like, 'no reason at all, I will give them to you too', and he threw them in but then said something like ' oh i know why, we started giving them for free after January.' nyway.... being that I am the worse business person ever, I forgot to mention the ice sculptures (not that I really care for them, but still).
Turns out my friend ended up booking at chateu briand. instead of a free mini vienesse she got a martini bar. But once she told CB that FH gave me a free mini V. , CB ended up throwing it in for her too (along with the ice sculptures and chair covers)
So I guess next time I go to FH I am going to ask about the Martini bar ! LOL
But anyway, i was wondering what experiences you guys have had as far as freebies...especially at Fox Hollow !!!

So far I know we got the Bridal Suite at the Fox Hollow Inn for free for that night. Were you actually able to change the time of your cocktail hour/reception? I am thinking about making mine earlier, its at 7:30, wanted to see if I can get it an hour earlier, too big of a gap between church and cocktail hour.

I am not sure if that would be possible. They are not very flexible when it comes to changing the times. I think the best they can do is 30 minutes...that is of course, unless you are the only party they have that night.
I also have a big gap. The ceremony is at 3:00pm and the CH doesnt start until 7:00pm. But I did this on purpose b.c I wanted more time for pics. Are you also having the party at the Garden Terrace?

Our cocktail hour is in the garden pavillion-loove that room. Our reception is in the Briar Fox.
