2010 bride- what gifts did you get your bridal party??
what gifts did you get for your bridal party? how did you & your FH's work the gifts? like did you buy for the bridesmaids & he buy for the guys or was it a combined expense? and how much did you budget for these gifts?

i bought my girls coach bags. I decided gifts for girls and fh decided gifts for guys, but i did ask for his opinion when i bought the bm gifts and he liked it and said its what i should definitely do.
well we had 22 to buy for in our bp which includes Flower girl and ring bearer so we knew it was going to get pricey.

For the BM''s I got a Personalized tote and filled it with... Bath & Body Works Body Wash, Lotion, Body Spray, A new shower scrunchie thing, DOJ, Coach Wristlet, Bill Blass purse size Umbrella (it really folds up small), Handmade Soy Candle, and a cosmetic case with their inital on it.
The Guys got... A new XBOX 360 Controller, Headset, Personalized Beer Mug with their 'Gamer Name' from XBOX live on it, and a Bank that said 'Video Game Fund'
Ring Bearer got... A Personalized Duffel bag filled with toys.
JR. Bm got alot of the same stuff as the BM's but I added a couple CD's and girly stuff (nail polish, lip gloss, glittery girly hair ties...

I gave my girls DOJ, took them for pedicures and took them all out to lunch. My girls are all SOOO different and I didn't want to get them things they weren't going to use so we did a girls day out. It was awesome!! FH got the GM Kenneth Cole watches. Ther are sooo nice!! I hope they guys like them.

i got my 11 BMs: a coach wristlet, earrings, bracelet, and a few 'fillers' (stationery, chinese slippers) the moh is also getting her hair and makeup done.
For my 2 Jr. BMs: iPod shuffles, earring, bracelet and a few stationery fillers
For my 3 flower girls: a dress coat (I'm getting married in Nov.), a bride build-a-bear, and disney princess stationery and school supplies
for the 9 groomsmen: coach money clip and coach credit card wallet w/ a $25 gift card. the best man is getting add't cufflinks.
i paid for all the girls - he paid for all the guys.... he won out on this deal. lol

I got my bridesmaids and MOH's their dresses , make-up and paid for there hair and 9 Ushers Prada sunglasses. Flower girl an American Girl doll and Pillow boy an I Pod

FH bought all the guys the same thing. I got the BMs mostly the same stuff...one thing in each box is different. The MOH is getting something completely different.

we have a joint bank account, so we paid for all the gifts together, but i actually shopped for everything....we got the girls coach handbags and the guys black leather coach wallets and money clips

Right after getting engaged FH and I opened a joint account for our wedding expenses. FH has a lot more bills that I do (mortgage, ect) so I tried to pump as much money as I could into that account.
For our bridal party gifts we did: BMs - DOJ, embroidered bath robes, Vera Bradley luggage tags
Jr. BMs - DOJ and engraved jewelry boxes
FGs - Personalized totes filled with DOJ, hair goodies and assorted kiddie items.
GMs - Engraved beer glasses and gas g/c Jr GM - g/c to movies
Parents - Engraved photo frames and g/c to their fav. restaurants

Bridesmaids and Jr - DOJ/ Silver flip-flops/$25 gift card for mani pedi
Groomsmen- Coach wallets
BM & MOH- Same as everyone, but we added a gift cert to Kotobuki ( Favorite sushi place)
Readers- Gift cert to Kotobuki
Parents- Gift Cert. to Bed and Breakfast of there chioce
Flowergirls- engraved braceletts and Bride Barbie
Ringbearer and Jr. GM- Fishing poles and tackle boxes.
We actually brought all 5 kids fishing after the honeymoon

i only have 4 bm's
so i am thinking of thier DOJ, in a nice personalized jewelry pouch or tote havent quite figured it.. im also getting them these SUPER cute knee socks that are like those 80's tube socks that say bridesmaid on them.. MOH for her

for the bridesmaids i got them doj (necklace and earrings), a coach wristlet, and i payed for my MOH's hair and makeup
DH bought the guys at $50 gift card for beast buy (he couldnt think of something that the guys would actually like and use so he just decided on that)

GM monogramed mutlitool (the guys were hard! since both of them are not into sports nor do they really drink)
FGs bridal/wedding scrapbook that lets them add pics and asks them about the day it's more of a memory/ scrapbook (they are 7 and 8) Also bought them cute bracelets with a heart locket and their inital engraved. In addition to a little bottle of blue sand bath soap for their something blue, and those cute 'Flower Girl' brown and pink bags.
MOH- has done so much for me and is truly my only BM at this point... so she's getting a lot more! as she's been my sanity. So she has extra goodies... but all the girls .... 2 BM and MOH DOJ and blue bath soap. We've also already paid for their dresses and plan on paying for most of the hair cost.

I got my BMs iPod shuffles. I filled them with music that was personal to each of them and me. DH got his groomsmen garment bags. They all liked them. Good luck!
