Re: 2010-er needing help
That is tough being that you are getting married in January. Is there a reason you don't want it in the RH? That may help us come up with other options.

What area are you looking in? Where is your RH?

Re: 2010-er needing help
different religions dont really matter...the most you'd have to do is maybe take a class or something. churches are a viable option.

Re: 2010-er needing help
There's a unitarian church in Garden City and also in Manhasset that does non-denominational ceremonies. I've been to both for weddings and they're extremely nice.

Re: 2010-er needing help
I've seen ads here from something called the Historical Chapel...I think it used to be a church, but now it's a non-denominational ceremony site. I was curious so went on the website once, it looked pretty nice. That could be an option. I think it was in Woodbury.

I was thinking about that too. I edited a wedding that was there when I worked for a videographer, it looked cute and its non-denominational. It might be exactly what you are looking for. It is in Woodbury.

Re: 2010-er needing help
Thanks,
I looked at historical chapel and while its the exact concept we love, it was too small. Only fit 70 comfortably.
Reception is north shore suffolk but we live south shore nassua/suffolk border so would be pretty flexible with location.
RH has alot of reasons whey we dont want to get married there BUT i know most couples do so I dont want to state reasons as to not offend anyone. Its just a def no for us

Re: 2010-er needing help
I wish I did. Unfortunately I went there straight from work and completely forgot to bring my camera. But I don't think you'll be disappointed.
