Re: 2010er need help
I went to two tastings. The first tasting it was in their restaurant and we were given a choice of 4 options so we chose options that were part of our wedding menu. The tasting was free and we only gave the waiter a nice tip. We were supposed to have paid for any alcoholic beverages but were given to us for free at the end . There was no BM around to ask questions.
At the second tasting it was at a showcase so we had only got to taste the food from the cocktail hour and it was set up buffet style. We had no questions so we didn't ask to speak with a BM.

Are you going to do another tasting when it is closer to your date? We did two tastings, one before we booked to make sure the food tasted good and then one two months before when we finalized the menu. The first tasting we didn't ask many questions because the wedding wasn't for another 2 years, but at our final tasting I had a list of questions for the BM, not just about the food pretty much about all aspects about the day of.

Wow, sorry, I'm losing it, I didn't realize how close we are to 2010!!! This is probably your last tasting. I would think of questions you may have that might not necessarily be food related. Our BM sat with us after the tasting, went over the menu and then went to any questions I might have about anything else! Good luck! :)
