2012'er Crashing - Please help!!

Hi Everyone,

FH and I are concerned with providing transportation for our OOT guests and I was hoping maybe some of you could help. We were planning to get a limo to our RH for the bridal party only. On the way home, we were planning to use the hotel shuttle to get ourselves, any bridal party members staying at the hotel, and any OOT guests, back to the hotel. We have some friends coming from PA who have always provided a hotel shuttle for their weddings.

However, when I started calling local hotels today, none of them will travel the 9 miles to the RH. So now, are we responsible to provide limo service for everyone to get back to the hotel? Or are there any other options you guys may know of? Please help!! I'm stressing big time about this!!

TIA!!

Our hotel was a good distance away from the RH so we got a bus to take not only them but any of our other guests that wanted it to and from the reception. I think it cost us abotu $600+ tip to do that. Was so worth it!!!!!!!!

I would call the local taxi/shuttle company to try and work something out between them and your hotel...

A friend of mine is getting married at Timber Point in October. She told me that there is a shuttle that will go back and forth from the hotel to the RH. I am not sure if they are paying or anything like that but they are using the Holiday Inn in Ronkonkoma. You can try them.

I am not sure which hotel you are using, I used the Marriott in Islandia and half of my guests couldn't book a room-but that's another story.
I also got married at TPCC. A lot of the hotels and RH don't provide transportation anymore. I used David Brothers Taxi, they cost about $600 roundtrip for a 30 person shuttle. They were very easy to book. I would recommend them.
