2013 reception ideas
I'm looking for a reception hall that will hold approx. 150-170 people. We're looking for early November of 2013. I have checked a few places but I have a budget I want to stay within so i'm looking for something around $90-100pp including tax and 'fees'. Any suggestions?

TimberPoint in Oakdale. For this year I was quoted with fees $99 on a Saturday and they were very negotiable. You should be able to get around that and even less in November (I was during peak time) and maybe even less if you do a Friday. I think it's very do-able. Good luck!

You would definitely get that for Smithtown Landing, I was quoted $104 with tax/gratuity for a Saturday night in September

I don't know what area you're looking to stay in, but Sunset Harbour in East Patchogue is SUPER affordable! The food is really delicious, too!FM me if you want details

I think Crest Hallow (Woodbury)Swan Club (Roslyn) will def fall in that range. Maybe the Riveria and maybe Chateau Briand. Also like said above, check out out Sunset Harbor. I went to a wedding there two years ago and it was very pretty and food was good too. I've dont NYE there a few times in the past and had a great time too.

We paid less than that for Fox Hollow's new room (the somerley) but we booked on a Sunday. If you're open to your wedding not being on a Saturday, I would definitely look into Fox Hollow. They included a lot in our package as well. If you go, ask for Dave G- he has been awesome!Welcome New Vendors
