26 days to go, what am I forgetting??

I feel like I should be going nuts with last minute details, but I'm not as swamped as I was expecting. What am I forgetting? We got all our our attendants and parents gifts, working on the seating chart, meeting with our Reverend soon, getting final quote on flowers, finishing up favors.... what else??

Panic is starting to set in!!!

Are you doing programs, menus?

Dont forget a list of everything that is going to your ceremony site with instructions for set up and return. Assign someone to take care of these items.

Same thing for your reception site. Be sure to label your boxes of favors, toasting glasses etc with your names date and room.

I would just make a list of everything you need to get done that week, and check things off as you go. It worked really well for me and I was completely loosing my mind.

Make sure you have a copy of each contract with you and put them in a binder. If you're having any type of readings at your ceremony, make sure you have copies just in case some one is late or didn't show up (really glad I did that... one of my readers was late and thankfully I had copies). You can put everything in the same binder.

Take down everyone's number and keep them in the binder as well, or store them on your phone... really helpful.

And I think that's about it. It's not that bad if you're organized!
