2BR Apt Avail June 1st in Commack / Smithtown
My landlord let us know the downstairs neighbors are moving June 1st, so their apt will now be available. It's in a private house near the Northern State in Commack/Smithtown. It's a 2BR, 1BTH, LR, Kitchen with a private entrance. Included in the rent is the following:
Gas & Electric
Use of Driveway
Use of Washer / Dryer
Use of Pool & Jacuzzi
Central Air Conditioning
Cable & High Speed Internet
Dogs are allowed, and it's a decent sized apartment. I'm not sure on the rent, but I believe it's in the $1500-$1700 range. Any more info, you can FM me.
