We're putting our co-op on the market this week, but I figured I'd start here and see if anyone is interested. I'm going to post some pics in the next couple of days, but to start here's some info:
2BR Co-op in the Gibson Section of Valley Stream (2 minute walk to Gibson train station, ideal for commuters)
1st Floor walkup
Kitchen
LR/DR combo
BR 1 is 11x17
BR 2 is 11x15 (I'm pretty sure, I'll measure tonight)
Bathroom
6 closets
Most of the apartment is completely redone. Refinished (matte) wood floors throughout entry, LR, DR and hallways.
New molding and doors throughout.
New carpeting in both BRs.
Ceramic tile bath
Ceramic tile kitchen (could fit a small table, but has counter tops that fit bar stools underneath)
