2nd FITTING!!!!! PICS

there is only a few more pieces of the embroidery that needs to be re attached

long story short place where i bought the dress insisted that i ordered it according to my measurements and order it 5 SIZES BIGGER THEN I WEAR!!

i understand that dresses run small..but i thought that 5 sizes bigger was a little ridulous

anyways..my alterations are now costing $450 because they need to take it down 4 dress sizes!!

and the best thing that the place i bought it from can do it charge me half price on the steaming of the dress when i get into NY

the lady who is doing my dress is an old family friend and apologized a million times but she is basically re making the dress and its alot of work!!

here is me in it..im happy either way!

thanks..i loev love love it..it just sits on my hips a little funny when i look at it on me..but then again..everything sits on my hips a little funny

looks great on you!!! they dont cap the alterations where you got it?? most places do....but, either way, you look beautiful!

Sorry you are paying so much for alterations but if it makes you feel any better I was charged $450 up front at Amsale to have my dress altered regardless of how much or little needs to be done and my sister was charged the same at Kleinfeld's so I wouldn't worry too much about it, I think it's pretty standard for a bridal gown. They will be bustling it for you too right?
