Anyone get a second job to help pay for a few wedding things? I think I want something 1-2 days/ week. (I work M-F 9a-6p right now.)

Here goes. . .
I work 1 full time teaching job, teach 9 private students (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays). . .and starting in early March-early June, every weekend I will be a NYSSMA adjudicator. SO. . .three jobs?
FH is working 1 full time teaching job, 6 private students (Tuesdays and Sundays) and is taking basically every chaperoning thing he can get.
Yeah, we're working our asses off!

I debated going back to waitressing (NOT where I used to) for a few days, but my full time job is such a high-stress position that I couldn't imagine working 6-7 days a week again. The extra money would be nice, yeah...but not worth my health suffering, and it's to the point now where it's like if we REALLY can't afford it, we just won't have it...FH would flip if I picked up another job to spend on the wedding.

i got a 2nd and a 3rd job...i have my regular full time job plus i have a waitressing company pt plus im a licensed real estate agent ...weddings are too expensive

I work FT Mon-Fri and work from 6-8 two nights a week. FH is a phys ed teacher, coaches two sports and now supervises and tapes the Varsity basketball games for his high school!
Luckily we just moved in together or we'd never see each other.

I'm a CPA and I work in a firm during the week...now that it's tax season, I am going to work a LOT MORE overtime this year to help with the wedding....
Plus I do work on the side from home, people's tax returns, so that helps...I just picked up a few more clients and possible per diem work as well.....I see $$$$$..... :)
I also told FH he needs to suck it up at work and try to work some OT even if it's in a location he isn't too fond of...I can't be the one doing ALL of the work......

I work 1 full time job and a second job at nights and 13 hours on Saturdays (about 25 hrs a week). It's killing me - I'm SO tired!!

I work a second job on Sundays at a store and sometimes Saturday if they need me. I also work my full time job during the week 8:30-5:30 everyday and am starting grad school this week. I have a little too much on my plate at the moment.

My law school boots you out of full-time if you work more than 20 hrs a week, but im trying to at least do that. Luckily I got a corporate gig last summer and made some serious money, so we're doing okay.

I sure could use one but have no where to fit it - I travel a lot for work so am so inconsistent which days i am free (even have to travel sometimes on wknds) so no way I could add anything. . plus I'm working on a show that takes up ALL my free time but I get no money for that sigh. . . . FH wants to get some side gigs but he's in school full time AND has a low paying internship for 20 hours so not good anywhere!

I work a second job 2-3 times a week. It's really not that bad and it really helps a lot.
