My FH has already been married once. We are now trying to plan a wedding for March 2004. He doesn't know who he should invite since everyone was at his first wedding. I said it doesn't matter how many times he was married he can still invite the same people. am I wrong??

Nope you are not wrong.. Being that he's getting married for the second time should not take away from the fact that you are getting married.. esp. if it is your first time, I'm assuming?

Right it doesnt matter if its the 2nd time around... It didnt work out the first time, but that doesnt mean this wedding shouldnt be just as big if not bigger. It should not take away from how special this occasion is! I would think that all the guests would want to come and celebrate that your FH has found his true love!

You are ALL correct -- a 2nd marriage (and another wedding) is completely different than the first. It should be as joyful and big and beautiful as someone's first (even more so..!)
However take into consideration that perhaps your FH does not want to obligate his friends/family to give him wedding gifts a second time, which is why he is reluctant to invite them to your wedding .... its a tough decisionl. Of course he wants people to share your happiness, and this is no reflection on you, or the fact that you are his true love .. its just a 'gift giving' issue that a lot of 2nd timers are concerned about, which is why they are sometimes reluctant to invite them to a 2nd wedding..
(did that make sense?)
Of course, this is just my opinion... I think every situation is different :)
