2nd thoughts on Hair and MakeUp

SO I had this trial in February and I loved it. Now, I don't love it I don't know what it is... Sometimes I feel like the make up is too dark. And sometimes I wonder if I shouldjust where my hair half up.
What do you ladies think?

I think it look GREAT but if you are second guessing yourself book another trial with your half up and a little bit lighter makeup - take some pictures and compare!!

Don't change the make. It is perfect if you make if lighter it will be too light. Since you are getting married in July you might want to think about the heat and having your half up and half down that you will be warmer the curls are more likely to fall out. I love you hair style it is unique and classic.

I think you look very pretty..but you have to be the one that's happy. I would schedule another trial (or 2) for comparison! It sounds like you booked this artist but if you didn't I would schedule the trial with someone different just to see!

You look beautiful! I don't think it looks dark at all.. If you want to book a 2nd trial just to put you at ease, then you should..just so you won't be wondering.

At the time I LOVED IT- Part of it is that I am not a big make-up person I RARELY wear makeup so seeing so much on my face is weird. And I like the hair but I know FH doesn't love side bangs. He would never say anything bad- but I know his thoughts on it.
I will probably end up keeping...but I was just looking for thoughts or suggestions!

I love the girls who did my trial they are really great and they have done my hair and makeup before for a friends wedding!

ETA: It doesn't help that my eyebrows are WAY uneven in the picture. They are fixed now.

You look great, but need to feel great too. Try a different style and more natural feeling make-up shades... but see if you can wear with a dress similar to your wedding dress. It makes a huge difference when you bring it all together.

i love it, but i agree with the other girls-- if you're not comfortable with something (anything!) then go for a second trial to see if you can change anything that will make you fall in love with it again!

Personally, the ponytail might be pinned too high up to the left side making your hair appear too short for the hairstyle. I think it would look much better and sophisticated if the ponytail was pinned normally the way it should in the middle with the flower tucked in the center. As for the make-up, the colors might appear to be a bit dark like you indicated so def go with your instinct. Let your make-up artist know you want a softer look and color palette esp for this type of hairstyle. You should not have to shell out the money and waste your time contemplating whether the look is right for you or not. If you don't love it then go with your instinct. If the hair and make-up look doesn't feel right or makes you unhappy, you are not going to be ecstatic on your big day. Work with your stylist and make-up artist and let them know.
