I can feel your pain. I still have about 48 people unaccounted for and my RSVP date was the 16th. We made the date a week earlier because we knew we were going to have to start calling people (I was warned, so I expected it)

we made the date a little earlier too i know some people have the date as 2 weeks before the wedding; ours is a month
we are still missing about 50 response cards; which is about 100 people!!!
