I don't think there are any three day cruises out of the NY area. I know Florida has them.

i went on an overnight cruise out of NY a few years ago ... it was pretty awful. It was with Norwegian (NCL) ... the food was 'meh', the entetainment was mediocre, and there was NOTHING to do other than sit in the jaquizzi or pool (but for what i paid, i could've done that in a five star hotel!)

oh, this cruise just made a big circle around in the water .... didn't make any stops.

i dont know about 3 day cruises....i've been on 2 cruises to the caribbean on 7 and 12 days ...we went on the princess cruise line and they were great!

I know carnival does 4 and 5 night cruises out of ny that have ports of call in St. Johns (new brunswick) and halifax (nova scotia).

my friend went on a short cruise out of ny to bermuda....she loved it!! i don't think it was 3 days...maybe 4-5.

The Bermuda is 5 day I think. Its NCL.

Royal Carribean has 2 cruises out of FL that are 3 day. NY is very hard bc the weather has to be nice or you aren't really enjoying it. I've done the RC out of FL and it went to the bahamas.

Fact... (i worked for a cruise booking agency) the only short cruises in the NY area are... 4 or 5 night Carnival to Canada,and this is the last year for that, or Royal from NJ 5 night to bermuda. You do have your 1 or 2 nights to nowhere now and then.

Disney just started some 2 day cruises to no where out of New York. You won't stop anywhere but it's nice for a couple of days away.

im pretty sure it was out of NY (if not it was FL) but my cousins went on one to the bahamas .. loved it

i went on a 3-night cruise out of nyc, and my fh and i had a good time! it left from the west side, took a day to go up to st john, canada, where we spent a day renting a car and exploring, and then we took another day to come back. it was the perfect way to spend our labor day weekend because we wanted a way to get away without dealing with traffic stresses! the food was okay, and they had a nice pool deck. i highly recommend it if you're trying to get away without dealing with heavy traffic!
