I was reading over at the Newlyweds site some comments about wishing they were more 'present' on their wedding day, with all the excitement and action and people and cameras, try to take a few moments here and there to be present on your day. Stand back and take it all in from time to time.
That's so exciting! I watched the A&E special on weddings the other day. The one advice one of the grooms gave is to make it a point every hour of your reception to grab your new husband/wife and take a few moments for yourselves. Have a few minutes by yourselves, take a short walk, get some air and watch everyone that's there that night just for you. Good luck!
We are getting married at the Carltun . We are using Flowers by Brian and the band is Renegade. My dress is by Demetrios . I will fill you in on the details when I get back from Costa Rica . And hopefully have some pictures. One 3 days left ...YIKES . I will be running around LI like a mad woman these next few days .
Try and take it all in---remember anything that goes wrong doesnt matter---this is your day--make the most of it!!!

Can you believe it is here already? I am just beginning the planning process. Have fun and enjoy! You guys worked really hard for this day and deserve to enjoy every minute of it. That's exactly how I felt at my MOH's wedding - it was so nice to just see the two of them so in love.
Actually, I went for my first fitting on Saturday and I had a dream Friday night that the dress looked and felt great and that's exactly what happened on Saturday
We are using Dancejock. They have done two of my friends weddings, and are doing two more of my friend's weddings before mine, and 2 after. We have found them to be wonderful to work with and have been very impressed with them at every wedding we've been to.
