<3 NEW Jericho Terrace Thread.....<3

I thought there was one out there before, but it may have been to old. I would like to start a new, if everyone will follow.....

I have been having a dilemma b/t the Dome Room and the Penthouse Room... I love both, but feel, as though Dome is too small for 220 guest....So I went this weekend to take a look at the Dome Room being set up for a wedding and it seemed like the DJ was too much on the dance floor....

So, I am going to book the Penthouse Room. i can't believe these are my problems.....

I thought wedding planning was fun.....

Did anyone meet with the wedding planner from JT? I was told to maybe talk to her before the bridal show..... Is she good? What did you ask? I am not looking for a wedding planner, so not sure if I should even talk to her....

maybe i am thinking of the wrong room but i could have sworn that the dorm room was the biggest one. . .

i thought there were only three rooms at JT: penthouse, skylight and dome. . . is there another room?

i remember going into one room and the min. was 100 people but then i wanted the skylight where the min. was 150 and the dome was the biggest one?

?? maybe i am just confused?

I think there are 4 rooms. The Dome room is not the biggest room.....

During the Summer months, the guarantee in the dome room is 200 and I think I remember my BM saying it holds up to 350

oooh i was thinking of the oak room then oops . . .

yeah so i think the dome room is plenty big for you but did you talk to your BM about it?

i just changed from the Dome room to the Penthouse. The Dome room holds about 240 max comfortablly.

Really they told me i could have a minimum of 75 with a max of 100, maybe the minimum is because i'm getting married in Nov. not as popular but the maximum makes no sense i must have misunderstood them then,
but thanks for the info cause i may be slightly over 100

My minimum for the Oak Room in June was 85 people. They told me the maximum was 120 but when I talked to another BM, I was told 140. I know they have multiple table sizes and shapes they can use in the Oak Room so that could change the maximum.

I loved Jericho Terrace. I didn't use the wedding planner. The few times I tried to contact them in the beginning of my planning, I never received a call back. So that told me all I needed to know.

The tabe sizes and shapes def. make a difference... I personally would not try to put more than 110 people. We had a smaller wedding of 100 people and it was PERFECT for that room.
