30 Day Shred

Wow! That's all I can manage to say! That DVD is totally worth every penny. If I had to pay more for it I would! It's awesome! I finally caught my breath and stoped shaking!! Jillian is amazing...she really keeps pushing you!! I HIGHLY reccomend you to get it if you havn't yet!I It's sooo awesome! I'm going to try to do it everyday! I need to pick up the weights, but still... It's great! Just needed to share!!

i bought it 2 weeks ago and am still addicted to doing it...im actually about to put my sneakers on and start level 2

I came up from the basement and FH was looking at me like I was nuts... He was like, That's it..?? I was dripping in sweat! It's amazing!

Check it out on Amazon... it was only 10 bux, and it came in TWO days! I loove it! I'll have to get onto wii fit to see how much I lost each day too! HAHA

i think level 2 was my favorite workout...but level 3 is really awesome and challenging!

Well, I only just started tonight, and level one was great. It really worked every muscle in my body!! Much better then spending 30 or more at the gym.

And to think, I was just about to throw away 400 bucks for the 10 week ultimate body workout at a gym near me...WHEW! Good thing I was recomended this by all you ladies!!

I just bought this DVD too and started level one the other night...it was great!! I think this is one thing I can actually do in the morning before work. I love it, definitely a must have for every woman.

I'm spending this week at FHs to watch his paretns dog so I'm all out of whack in the mornings, but once i'\m home I will do it in the morning. That's a great idea!! Thanks!!!
