So I'm so proud...I got up early to do the 30 day shred and now I can't move!!! LOL

I didnt do it today. but I did do it yesterday and I'm actually not that sore. Just my arms are a little.

It's great, isn't it? I've been doing it every day. I set a goal to do it ever day this month. Last night I did it at 11:45pm. nuts!

wait till tomorrow i could barely move for 4 days. i didnt realize how little i actually use some of my muscles
