I just started the 30 day shred....now I can't do anything. Can't wash my face, walk, breathe etc... No big deal ... Holy SH*T!!

My 'Shred' DVD is sitting by the TV, unopened... I thought I was scared to do it before, now I'm terrified!!!

It will get better, stick with it. The first day I wanted to either die or kill Jillian, I have done it 5 times now and get through it with no problem... moving on to the 2nd level soon.

Haha sorry girls, don't mean to scare you. It's torture in a good way. Just think how we will all look after we stick to it for a while. I have no type of physical activity ever, and I'm pretty sure there is no one out there as lazy as me! You girls will be fine!
