30 day Shred...... how long did it take...

to get to level 2?i still feel like level one is kicking my @$$. how long did it take you to get to level 2 and then 3? i feel GREAT that i've been doing it and i have definitely seen results.. just wondering.... thanks

I waited to advance once I could do the advanced part of level one without missing one beat. Where I didn't feel like I was killing myself. I actually like level one more then two, but it's just me. lol. You can move ahead if you're getting bored too. I feel like I know them by heart now! I know what she's going to say adn wehn.. LOL. I actually say it with here once I start getting tired...SUCH A NERD I AM !!!! LOL

you can play the dvd so that its just music, not her voice... that def helps

Oh really..? I didn't know that. I'll have to check it out. lol. Sometimes if im not in the mood for doing it but I forced myself sometimes what she says keeps me going. LOL
