Hi everybody I'm new to this site. I was just wondering if anybody knew which reception locations I should look at considering the size of my guest list. My sister got married at Jericho Terrace so that's out. Any suggestions?

HIII, What type of setting are you looking for? Beach? Mansion? etc etc. Each hall is diff and has their own little charm depending on what you like

clm doesnt hold that many people...they say 300 MAX but honestly i dont see how...i went when they were setting it up for a party for 175 ppl and i couldnt picture about double the people. They put the tables ALL the way back by the bar and thats where the room gets alot more narrow
Ok i have a locations magazine and ill list the ones that say in the magazine they can hold over 300...im also gonna give the max for dinner/dancing not the cocktail reception room cap
-milleridge- can hold up to 350 garden city hotel-450 crest hollow country club-it says 50-1,300 westbury manor-360 carlyle on the green-450 woodbury country club-450 chateau briand-400 the woodlands-350 bridgeview yacht club-400 eastwind-1,000 venetian yacht club-350 watermill-425 flowerfield-350 westlake-375 glen island-600( this is in westchester though)

yeah the crest hollow has like 5 different rooms and they all hold a ridiculas amount of people!! one room they showed us held 700 ppl!!!

Wow, I'd have to rent guests from other brides to hit that number.
