We are less that 50,000 posts away. So, tomorrow we are going to disable the counter. Just to give you an idea of when this should happen; Tuesday there were 3798 posts. Yesterday 4177 posts. Happy posting and may the best poster win!

I wouldn't worry, Eliana. There's no way they'll rack up THAT many posts on Saturday.

Re: 3,000,000 post update
I'm no math wiz, but that's an average of about 4,000 posts per day. Figure 50,000 posts left it'll be less than 2 weeks before the 3,000,000th post!!

Re: 3,000,000 post update
I have about 8 days before I get to double digits...I predict it will happen before I hit double digits...also because of all the posts that will happen on Sunday with everyone talking about their experience at the WOTY!!
But if you do the math, it should take about 11-12 days if we stay on the 4000 a day average.

I think it's a tease to not know what the winner will be getting. I'm thinking a vacation.I could be wrong.
