Is there anything you will add for to your flowers in memory or anyone?

Nothing is set in stone here so I'm saying this is what I'm thinking...

1. Old- I'm hoping to have something of my Aunts. She passed away too so and it would make me feel special having something of hers with me on my wedding day.

2. New- My dress/the present I think I'm getting from FH

3. Borrowed- I'll be getting married in the wedding band my Grandma was married in... and my Mom, Aunt and a few cousins.

4. Blue- A friend told me here pantries were blue! I will probably have my garter be blue, but I thought her idea was cute.

I have a ring the my Paternal Grandparents gave me... I may have a bracelet too. I'm going to hopefully attach that or a diamond heart my Grandma gave me.

I really need join in on these questions more often. LOL sorry for the MIA!

Old- Hopefully something my aunt will give me, or something from my late mother.

BOrrowed- My aunts jewelry

Blue- thong!!

New- My dress!!

I have to be honest, I haven't even thought of this yet. BUT you did a fantastic job with the questions this week, Kat!

I think I'm going to add ribbon to my flowers in memory of my grandmother. She always wore ribbon in her hair.

Old - I want to use my mom's veil to wrap my bo-k, and I'm using a pearl and diamond from my grandmother and great aunt to make a necklace.

New - dress/jewelry

Borrowed - was going to use a necklace that had been my grandmother's, but I'm taking a pearl from it and making a new necklace instead. So I'm not really sure about this.

Blue - I want blue shoes, but I also plan on cutting a piece of my dad's old uniform shirt (he's retired from the NYPD) and sewing it into the bottom of my dress.

Old- Its an irish tradition to have a handkerchief that is passed down to u and ( if you have a girl) you pass that down to her ....


New- My jewelry that my aunt got me


borrowed- I dont know ..LOL....thinking


blue- I have blue on the bottom of my shoes that say ' I DO'

1. Old-I'm doing a brooch bouquet so the brooches will be old pieces of jewelry from my grandmother, great aunt and myself

2. New-probably just the dress itself...FH & I don't want to do gifts because the whole day is our present

3. Borrowed-a blue topaz ring that's been in my mom's family for years

4. Blue- the ring/going to embroider the date and my BMs names into the hem of my dress in blue thread.

4. Blue-My garter is blue & white gingham (like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz's dress)

I'm not completely sure.
Old- Hopefully I can get something that belonged to my grandmother who passed away almost 10 years ago.

New- my dress

Borrowed- Not sure yet. Maybe jewelry from my mother.

Blue- My garter will have sapphire blue in it to go with my color scheme. I also want to get the blue rhinestone 'I Do' sticker decals for under my shoes.

I've been MIA too. Mostly because some of the questions I just don't know what to answer. Like here..

I have no idea what my something old, borrowed, bue and new will be. I'm sure i'll figure it out in the next year and a half.

Old - My grandmother's garter. It's been in my family for over 55 years!

New - My jewelry?

Borrowed - FH's grandmother's antique bracelet possibly. FMIL offered it for me to wear.

Blue - Undies!

I'd like to have something at the bottom of my flowers - especially for my grandparents who are no longer with me <3

New - dress

Blue - shoes and or panites

Borrowed & Old - I have no idea. Prob nothing.

old- My center stone in my engagement was my grandmother's. When my mom and I went to pick up my dress a few weeks ago, she also gave me a bracelet and earrings that belonged to my g-ma. They match my stone (marquise) and my dress PERFECTLY! so, most of my bridal jewelry is my grandmother's.

new-my dress, my veil, my headpiece, my shoes, MAYBE new undies?!?!

borrowed-I'm taking flowers from my mom's bridal headpiece and adding them to my bouquet!

blue-On my first vacation ever with Matt, he bought me blue topaz earrings in St. Maarten. Figures, the first time I wear them after we get engaged, I lost one! But I'm turning the other one into a necklace to wear as my something blue
