yes I agree. I mentioned certain areas and my realtor said with a young child she would not recommend cetain parts.

Wow that seems like some deal! I live near Oceanside and as far as I know the school district is really good. I've seen a lot of houses for way more than that in Oceanside! Did anyone check it out?

My sister and my dad live in Oceanside and I am unfamiliar with where that house could be...I am thinking it may be in the area across from Nathans or in the area closer to Lincoln Blvd. I believe there are older homes in that area.....
