this new japanese restaurant opened here in metuchen and for the free appetizer they put on the tables they made this california type roll, but instead of rice on the outside it's cucumber.

I love sushi too! I've tried california rolls, yellow tail and tuna rolls. I haven't got the nerve yet to try sashimi or anything with big chunks of raw fish.
my next one is monday, giving my brain a break after yesterday and todays
