3rd round of invitation VENT!!!

so most of you might know my story- i ordered invitations online from some girl in feburary for my wedding on June 20th.... everything was going great til it was 3 weeks out to my wedding and i still never recieved the invitations-she wouldnt return my calls or emails- she hung up on my dad-

i disputed the charge and got my money back....i ended up making MY OWN invitations and sending them out on May 14th and then i received the original invitations on May16th- of course useless to me.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo

JUST got a letter from my credit card company that she then disputed my charge back and they informed me they will be taking the $400 out of my account again!!!
I AM LIVID

just wrote a letter to them that i want to keep the dipute going that the contract stated 6-8 weeks and i received them later then 8 weeks-
PLEASE cross your fingers that i win this case- $400 is ALOT of money for invitations i never even got to use- plus the stress of making my own in 24 hours

OMG I feel your pain. It's like when David's Bridal stained and broke my dress and they wouldn't even let me dispute it!

OMG. I really hope that it works out for you! That girl is a horrible person and if she has her own business report her to BBB. I would fight this sooooo hard if I were you! Hope everything ends well and keep us informed!

you definitely have to fight her on this!! She shoudln´t get away with acting this way!!! I´m sorry taht you had to go through this.

I hate that...vendors that just drop the ball after you sign with them....

Why did you write a letter to the credit card company instead of calling them? I would have been breathing fire through the phone IMMEDIATELY after that.

If she doesn't budge, then definitely threaten to take her to small claims. That should do the trick!!!

it said you have to document your side in a letter and send in any emails or communication I had with the vendor- so DH and I did it together- i couldnt even put words together logically cause i was fuming!!!!
