4 days left one of my bridesmaids bailed because her boyfriend has stomach cancer just diagnosed and is having surgery on saturday, supposedly. I dont know whether to believe this or not because she made an excuse that she was in another wedding for not coming to the bridal shower, and the bachelorette party she suddenly went to florida, and for the rehersal dinner a friend died and she was at a wake. The weird thing is she asked to be a bridesmaid originally. Either she is having bad luck or its all made up, what does everyone think?

does she feel bad that she had to drop out. if she feels bad, then i would just say she's having bad luck

A person would have to be the lowest of the LOW to make up a story about her bf having cancer, IMO.

she seems like she kind of feels bad but I had to harass her about a no show at the rehersal dinner of what was going on so who knows.

she did pay for her dress, bu didnt come to the bridal shower which was paid for by my mom.
