I guess I should be happy they told me before I paid the RH (which I do this week).

I also had the same problem...about 4 people cancelled last minute...but then it allowed me to invite some of my 'surrogate' family that I wasn't able to have come. Everything will work out I promise!!!
eta: Just saw you didn't pay for them yet....thank goodness!!
