Anyone staying here and booking for out of town guests? I am planning on going next week to look at it but, the bridal suite is booked are the suites as nice?

we booked the four points by sheraton. The bridal suite was not booked for our day but we opted for a regular suite which was actually larger than the bridal suite. We're still getting the whole bridal package just in a different room. The bridal suite was small, there was no way I'd be getting my 7 bm's in there the morning of to get their hair and make up done.

I booked there too
And we booked the regular suite as well, since its larger. . .
So don't worry! The people there are very nice and the service is great!

We were going to but then went with Long Island Sheraton. Also on the LIE but more east in Happauge
The lobby was gorgeous and they actually gave us a better price then 4 points...oh and no charge to keep the bar open late.

we booked there. had our rooms blocked and actually booked the bridal suite yesterday. the BS is fine because its just for us that night, we rent getting ready there.
are you ladies using the bar after the reception? what deals did you get for the shuttle?

We're using the bar since our wedding will end around 5 pm it makes sense to head to the bar after. I think they quoted us $500 something for the shuttle, I forgot the exact # but we are using them for the shuttle, it was much lower than the other quotes I received.

I haven't looked at anywhere else. I just picked it because it was close to RH and fox hollow was expensive for guests. The executive in I guess that is a Best Western didn't look too nice.

that is what they told us but i thought that was a bit high.. but maybe not since you are saying its the cheapest you found. it just annoys me because its only 1 1/2 miles to RH from there.

Yea unfortunately it was but we didn't extensively search I just got a few quotes from vendors on this website. If you find anything cheaper please let me know

when you think about it and compare that to limo prices.. it is a lot of money. it just stinks because i HAVE to have a way for them to get back and forth because i think a lot of my family is going to stay at the hotel
and since we have a HUGE gap inbetween they can go to the hotel after the church, check in and get ready so they will need the shuttle to go to the RH
