We just booked our hotel block at the 4 Points Sheridan in Plainview (yay!) If anyone is looking for a hotel in that area, the 4 points is it! Alicia and Nicole are dolls and helped me get everything I needed!
Is anyone else booked here? If so, how far is your venue? My venue is 15 min away and we are deciding on whether to do a shuttle van or a larger bus.

We are booked there also!! I was pleasantly surprised about how nice the hotel is and we have been very happy with the service so far! We decided to do our own shuttle because we knew it was going to be much more than 14 people.

I know they said they work with Camelot. What company did you use?

We went with All Star. We spoke with Camelot but went with All Star based on friend recommendations. Also, we found that All Star had the cleanest vehicles and they didn't smell! We ended up renting a party bus for the whole day-it is white on the outside and has black interior and a bathroom. We love it!

We only need it for pick up and drop offs from the hotel to the hall. I will contact them as well.
