I need some sort of an idea of when the photographer, hair stylist, and makeup artist should arrive at my hotel when I have a 4:00 ceremony. If anyone could help me with my timeline, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks! ~Jessica

well my photographer said he will arrive at 2;00-----and im not suer about hair and makeup---one of my BM is a beautician and will be doing it for me....but im thinking more in the morning----maybe around 11:30??? so that she can get herself ready, and so that I can do all the little stuff....also, the limo is picking us up at 3:30

I have a 330 ceremony, I think I'll tell hair and make up to be at the hotel about9 or 930. I don't want them to rush if they're being presed for time.

I am at the same time... My photographer is coming at 2 and I will get my hair done in the am... about 12:00 but I want to wait until later like 2:00 or 1:30 to get my makeup done so it doesn't get greasy... Maybe I will let the girls take pictures first and get my makeup done when the photog is there.
