$400 tax rebate for 5 boroughs

You know I never even applied for STAR and my co-op was happy enough to send me a letter saying I need to fill out the form in order to get this credit. I sent my paperwork in the end of August. I hope they got it in time so I can get my $400.

Iam going to fill it out now? It says its for people who own properity in NYC ....Is this the same form I have to fill it out if I live in LongIsland ????

Isn't it only for people who own property in Manhattan, Bronx, Staten Island, Queens, or Brooklyn?
