45 Days for me.. 5/30/04..not enjoying any of it..

Only 45 Days to go for me, and I have to say that i really am not enjoying any of the planning that is involved in a wedding. I go to school from 8-4 every day then work till 9pm, have to come home clean, cook, take care of my puppy, study and finish up this wedding crap which i keep trying to put off and now everything is closing in on me. I cant wait for the wedding, JUST SO IT IS OVER! ughhhh sorry to vent...

You are almost there... try to force yourself to do a little each day and soon enough it will be here and you will done.

it'll all be over with soon enough, the 45 days will fly by...hang in there!

skip the cooking. . . it leads to a lot less cleaning

I can't imagine doing this with school too.
is your fiance helping?
I definitely couldn't do it all on my own.

Okay .....I am doing everything you mentioned expect the school part...Auughh I refused to register for school this semester. Because of all the wedding planning. The puppy you see on the left side of the screen...is a nusance sometimes...but I love her...it is alot of work, I wished I would have gotten the pup after the wedding planning. I understand...you don't even have time for yourself!!!!
Try to take it easy..... Is there anyone else that can help you!!!!!

chee chee, I know how you feel.I HATED planning my wedding! As soon as we booked our hall, I was MISERABLE. Planning was not fun at all. I had full time graduate school, work,planning my sisters baby shower and trying to plan my wedding, it was stressful and no fun! Plus I planned from jersey and getting into LI to book vendors was not always the most fun. Dh works 60+ hours per week, so he did the best he could do, but wasnt much help. I got so stressed I even called the wedding off, I came to my senses though, people always say how this is supposed to one of the happiest times of your life and I think everyone handles things differently. Just know that soon enough it will be yoru wedding day and you will see all of yoru hard work be worth it and you will go on yoru honeymoon and relax. The times before our wedding were so stressful, I wasnt a mean person. Now that its over, Im nice again! And things are back to normal with me and my husband, like we're dating again! You hang in there, 45 days and counting!!!

I think a lot of us feel that way. I know I do! Delegate as much as you can and try your best to schedule some 'alone time' for yourself!

I feel the same way at times. I think it's just overwhelming with all the details that go into a perfect wedding. People ask if there is anything they can do, but how do you really delegate this? Just try to keep your eye on the prize - the beautiful wedding you've always dreamed of that will take place on that sunny shiny, 78degree, no humidity May 30th, (we can dream right?)

I know it is hard, try to look at the bright side. You are marrying the man of your dreams.

awwwe! Its sad that you are just waiting to get everything overwith, but it will be worth it when the day is here!
