I am trying to plan something for those 3 days since i am starting new job and it'll be long till we'll be able to go somewher and nothing comes to mind. Is Florida too hot? I am so lost for ideas, Please help

Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Hamptons, Montauk, DC, Cape May, Saratoga.

I have to say, Newport is beautiful, but we couldn't deal with the bar time! Last call is at 12 or 1 or something, for people that go to the bar at 11 --it was very dissapointing! This was after a wedding too, so the whole 'crew' was in shock! New Yorkers are so spoiled

Thanks girls! I want to go to New England but FI wants to go somewhere more 'fun' rather than just have a relaxing weekend getaway. Keep the ideas coming. I am so lost.

Lake George is a great idea. I used to go there ever summer when I was little. The jersery shore is cool too. Hope this helps a little.

Hmmmm...if you want to fly, how about Phoenix? It is hot but it's a dry heat not humid. It's beautiful out there. Or Jersey Shore etc...or even Williamsburg VA, you could go to Busch Gardens and Old Williamsburg colonial town, that would be fun for the 4th!
