Did these people actually receive an invite from you?
I would say it depends on how much you care about them. If you don't really care, just let them know that the RSVP date pssed and you have already confirmed your #'s.

You can always add THAT DAY. Keep your number with the RH where it is, and between some no-shows and extra-shows, you may even out or just have to add. We had two no-shows (they hit a deer on the way) and one extra person, so we ended up just paying for ONE no-show.
