we were in vegas with his family for new years, everyone else went and did their own thing on new years eve, i didnt think anything of it. since nick asked me out right around fourht of july, fireworks are our thing. we went to a spot off the strip to watch the fireworks. at midnight i went to call my mom, and nick quickly told me to get off the phone. then he started telling me how much he loved me and wanted to share moments like this for the rest of lives. i wasnt paying attention and he goes babe...BABE! will you marry me? i instantly start to cry, and shake, and freak out. of course i say yes, then i call everyone i know. when we got back to the house we were renting, everyone was there with champagne and sparkling cider (for us) it was perfect

This may be kind of long...bear with me!
He originally had it all planed out but a few day prior I as getting to close to figuring it out and he had to through me off track so we got in an argument and was fuming for 3 days. So he picked me up from school and and kept insisting we went to the city and I didn't want to go. So he was like what would you do it I proposed to you right now. I didn't believe him and then he pulls the car over and almost hits the fire hydrant! lol.
So he went to grab my finger and I though he was joking with me. He had bought me a promise ring a while ago and I though he was just replacing it on my finger but when I went to go look I did a double take! I was speechless the entire weekend lol.

FH came over the day before Halloween (my favorite holiday) and handed me a pumpkin. He lifted the lid of the pumpkin and inside it was filled with orange and white m&m's that said Teri..... Will you Marry Me? and you could see the ring box bury inside. I said yes of course

He actually... Didn't. I did lol.
We had talked about it and talked about it and talked about it, and the official word was that we were unofficially engaged.
So I took matters into my own hands, and called him one day at work to let him know I had a question for him. He kept asking what it was, so I finally said 'Will you marry me?' . . . . . .. . . . .. . .. . . 'eventually' 'i mean it, will you marry me'
took him 5 or 6 days to agree

Me too on Top of the Rock 68th floor! It was amazing! He had me look out the observer viewer thingy and he kept asking me what did I see, and I replied I saw buildings, then he said do you see this and he took my hand! Excuse the smiley, I figured it was a popular place but we got the same location and there are a hand few of us on the 2010 board.
It would be funny if we became RH twins!

In Walt Disney World. we were on our vacation and we had a special dinner planned on December 11 at Artist Point resturant and the Wilderness Lodge. We just finished dinner when I saw a bunch of people walking towards our table, It was a plate of white carnations with cinderella's slipper and the ring sitting in the middle. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.
After that we went over to the Magic Kingdom and a few months back they had reopened being able to buy a brick on the walkway to the magic kingdom. He got one with our names and the date.
