I think I'm in decent shape (I hope!!). I have:

-my dress
-BM dresses ordered, due in any day
-photo and video
-band
-flowers
-limo
-hotel blocks
-sent STDs
-ordered invites
-booked honeymoon

I have exactly five months! When people wrote that time flies after the 6-month mark, they weren't kidding! I am trying to get hotel blocks and I haven't even looked at BM dresses. I think I'm changing the colors of my wedding. I hope by the end of this month I have hotels, BM dresses, ketubah picked, registry set up, and invitations ordered. Argh!
