Does anyone know anything about this type of mortgage??? The Good, Bad and whatever else...????

they are adjustable rate mortgages - and to go from a 30 year fixed to a 50 year arm your payment doesn't go down that much and you end up paying way more interest in the end.
i think some places will do 40 year fixed....
