51 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its been 51 hours since i have had a cigarette!!!!

i know its not that long but im kinda proud of myself!!

my goal is to have quit by my e-party (6/7)

That is an AMAZING accomplishment. Remember, don't think about it. Just keep busy and don't do things that make you want a ciggie. You go this long, you can QUIT!

I stopped cold turkey!!! Had a scare..Was sick at the time & was in the hospital...Was enough to scare me and not want to smoke again

i've been hospitalized from asthma stuff twice scared me a bit but for some reason after a few days i keep going back

i really should just suck it up and quit already if not for me for my daughter
