6 second abs....Opinions please

FH wanted it BADLY for Christmas so my mom bought it for him...and he used it faithfully for a while, then he slacked...It did help him tone I have to say that and I tried it and i liked it, no pain at all but at the same time, I couldnt 'feel' it working as much as I wanted to...which may be the point!

I think if you have neck or back problems then get it it works but if not I;d save the moeny and do sit ups/crunhes as they are as effective in my opinion....
