them coming there to put them on and pick it up..

I paid $5.00 per chair and that included having them put on the chairs and a sash.

I'm only paying $3 per chair but it is probably that low because the covers belong to the hall, they charge for the cleaning of the covers.

Wow, that's pretty steep, but if you can fit it into your budget, why not?

I've received quotes for $4, $7, $8, and $11, so that's seems about right to me if it includes set-up as well.

and that is what they are charging you ?
or did you go to a place?
