That is exactly how I felt. It does pass.(I'm 14 weeks) But that's good you had a little something to eat. I swear there were times I'd wake up and I felt like I could eat a Thanksgiving dinner. Of course I stuck to yogurt or cheese and crackers. But I understand your feeling. For about two weeks, my hubby actually slept on the couch. I was convinced it was because of his snoring. He referred to me as 'Evil Debbie' during the midnight hours . I wasn't a happy camper. Hang in there.

I had all my morning sickness at night before I went to sleep and then I would be up every hour for something to eat. This early on, just go with it. Your body is looking for its nutrition whenever it feels like it and you have to follow your cues. Dont' worry about eating too much, eating late, etc. Just have what you want and get back to bed.

The waking up in the middle of the night has not passed for me. It started about 10 weeks and I am 25 weeks now. I'll wake up about 2 or 3 a.m. and lie awake until like 5:30, then the alarm goes off at 7:00! Ugghh!!
Not to scare you, but it only gets worse I hear!

I wake up every morning around 5:15 and stay awake for about 1/2 hour and then the alarm goes off at 6:45.
