you know, you spend all this time and effort making sure that you exclude no one, and offend no one. And you mull over all the decisions just to be sure that you are being as polite and courteous to your guests as possible... so much time and effort and thought and those wedding nightmares!
and the darn people don't even have the common courtesy to respond in a polite, proper and timely fashion.
Frustrating.

I'm just in awe about the bridal party and family members...they're all under the impression that I put a stamp on the RSVP envelope for 'decorative' reasons!

Sounds just like mine. I'll give you some advice my big brother gave me. I don't know if I actually liked what he had to say, but anyway... He said 'If people who are that discourteous are taking that long to respond, then do you really want them there in the first place?' Some I did. Some I didn't. We had some very last minute yes's. I hope you hear from people soon. It can be frustrating.

We have 24 people unaccounted for as of today And get this, one couple is in Texas and I found out that they showed up for a friends wedding in NYC and they had NEVER sent in the RSVP Who does that

Our RSVP date is Friday and we are waiting on 40 responses. I have gone from being worried that we would be way over our limit to being worried we won't have enough people

We got one yesterday and one today.
So now we're still waiting on about oh, 22 responses!! What is it with people!! I told people they have until Friday otherwise they're being put down as a NO! The RSVP date already passed, people!!
