7 days left and I can't sleep

Im gettin some type of pre wedding anxiety..I was just laying their listening to fh snore away and my cat clean herself and Im startin to stress..whats making me mad is I have NOTHING to stress about..everything is done and what few things need to be completed, my mom is coming in from out of twon TODAY to help me, I think im panicking because its finally feeling real. Fh was talking on the phone to friends about it, hes getting excited, and reality is setting in, and now I wished Id bought teh Nyquill to knock me out, Id Im like this a week before..Im going to be CRAZED the night before
I know Ive said it a million times, but I just cant wait until the reception when all I can do is have fun, right now I find myself gettin a bit anal about thinsh being perfect, I know Im being unrealistic UGH!!!

i dont even sleep well the night before I go back to work after vacation! You know this is normal, your excited. start avoiding caffine now, and exercise in the morning only. Try some turkey and warm milk,(not together, yuck!)Your going to be a beautiful bride and have a great day!
