85-100 ppl minimum Reception Halls

A good friend of mine just got engaged and she's looking to have a smaller wedding, gurantee about 85-100, do you know of any reception halls that have smaller rooms???? she is looking for something on the queens/nassau border.

westbury manor

ETA: clearly did not read the part about queens/nassau border...sorry but it is in westbury and does have smaller rooms to fit that min...xo

Leonard's and maybe Douglaston manor they are In Queens near LI but not sure of their minimum.

Is this for an afternoon or an evening wedding?

I have a 100 ppl minimum, and found that many halls will do it for the afternoon, but raise the minimum for evenings

The Swan Club has a min guarantee of 85 in the Contessa Room I believe for all nights.

I am getting married at the Fox Hollow and the min during the day is 100 and in the evening 110. I was able to get them to allow me to guarantee 90 in the evening by adding additional items to my reception. Most places will come down on the min as long as you meet the minimum guarantee $$ amount.

dont know any where there but my hall only holds 119 and yours is the only wedding going...trumpets at the gate in eastport...can't beat the views or the food

harbor links! it's in port washington (boarder of queens/nassau) we have a minimum of 95....on a saturday in september...and we're the only event! good luck!

A lot of hall have smaller room. Also if she has it on a friday or a sundat versus a saturday the minimum is lower. also with this economy she might be able to negotiate a lower minimum. I do know for a fact that Swan Club and the Mansion at Timber Point both have 100 Minimum

I think most of the reception halls can accomodate your needs but you may have to be flexible on the time of year and time of your ceremony (ie afternoon rather than evening)
