8.5.06 brides - did anyone check Farmer's Almanac?

Just wondering...I know it's superstitious but I'm debating on having a beach party for my engagement party and I just thought I'd ask. You li brides seem to know everything!

Oh, that's my date, I'm curious too (although, I'm getting married in PA, so I doubt it would be the same as LI).

I am of no help but that is my birthday and of the 31 years I have been alive, it has only rained once on that day (and only at night for like an hour).....usually it's hot and sunny

That is the date of my wedding! I am PRAYING for no rain, although with the 'intense' hurricane season that they are predicting I am geeting nervous.

Mine says sunny and warm, the last three years on the 7th of October said the same thing. I hope its beautiful.
