Awww that's so exciting! I'm not even getting married in 6 days and i'm up at this ridiculous hour.
Do you have anything left to do for the wedding?

Totally normal honey...billions of things running through your mind....you're trying to play everything out in your mind from start to end...what you have to do now: LET IT ALL GO. The planning is done, and now it's time to focus on the new chapter of your life together. Enjoy every single minute of your day and know that you have fantastic vendors surrounding you that will attend to everything.
I'll tell you this much - the night before my wedding, I took a Tylenol PM and allocated 10 hours to sleep - it worked like a charm. I woke up and had the best sleep of my life b/c I didn't want to look tired in my photos!
Your day is going to be absolutely amazing!!!! I PROMISE.

i am strangely calm right now but if i think too much i go nuts even though everything is done if i think about certain things i get nervous or anxious. i like tylenol pm but if u never taken it before take it a few days before the wedding to see how it affects you - even with a simple over the counter nothing like this- u never know and dont want to find out for the first time on your wedding but it ikely will help. it usually hurts my stomach but i know a few seconds after it starts hurting i will be asleep. but someone else my have no symptoms or worse so try it first!

I'm totally with you!!! and this is the time when we need more help, and of course this is the time, no one is offering to help with anything, I have to beg the wedding party to move their sched around so they can come to rehersal dinner!!!
when you are in the wedding party, isn't that very obvious already!!

I am actually contemplating doing the Tylenol PM thing - I was a little doubtful that it was a good idea but you just made me feel better - thanks!!!

Be careful with tylenol PM...I guess everyone is different but If I take tylenol or Advil PM I'm groggy the next day...especially if you take it the night before your wedding. what about getting a massage or something?

I've taken Tylenol PM before and if I just take 1 I'm ok. Thank you though

i was just going to say that tylenol pm can have strange effects on different people. Both my mom and sister hallucinate when they take it! So, if you are going to do this, buy some now and take it at least once before the day before your wedding to make sure your reaction to it is what you expected.

Re: 8.8.8
clearly it's bad that my wedding is not as close as yours and I already can't sleep or shut off my brain to relax... This long distance planning of wedding is INSANITY! i don't recommend it if you are a 'planner' and like to do everything yourself.

Re: 8.8.8
aww thanks everyone.. :) and thanks Christine! i do need to follow your advice..
the problem is i AM a planner and i do a lot on my own to make sure it's done right! lol
i'm probably going to take a benadryl instead.. i definitely will need something OTC to help me sleep cos if i'm not sleeping now, i def. won't be the night before the wedding.
and so this is why i am awake right now after getting only 4 hours of sleep.. i'm going to clean my messy room and pack for the HM so i can cross it off my list of things to do..
ahhh 5 dayss :::The Ring Voice:::
