Has anyone gotten or are looking to get a second job to help ease the cost of the wedding? If so - where?

I think a lot of people do that.
Waitressing, retail, things like that are always hiring. THere's tons of job opportunities at malls during this time.

i have 2 jobs... not bc of the wedding but cuz i get bored easily but it definatly is useful during these times!
i work fulltime as a graphic artist and p/t as a manager at an art gallery.

I just got a part time job at BBB - I love it there! And the discount comes in handy

i work afterschool 2 days a week and im trying to get a position working saturday school - the pay is good and you dont have to work many hours. With school starting in January im not going to have much time to start an actual part time job even though i really need to

Me too........I can only work weekends though b/c I work in the city and get home t like 7:45.....Its hard finding a place that will hire me just on weekends
i was thinking maybe of looking into a tanning place?

between the wedding and daycare expenses... I need to get a part time job as well but I don't want to give up my weekends with my daughter.

me 2, I have been trying to get OT at work, but still need 2nd job, but school on weekends. Might not attend next semester to get a job.

I'm waitressing 4 nights a week, its great $$$ but the manager is an A$$ they overwork all the employees and have the nerve to say they aren't entertaining and requests for time off thru the month of december....well, I'm taking a few nights off for different functions and they can fire me i f they want!

don't ask me why....but this just reminded me of one of the skits from In Living Color (if you can remember that far back!!!!)....the jamaican family....they all had like 10 jobs each (how many jobs ya got mon??? I guess I'm just overtired....I'm getting sillllllyyyyyyyy!!!!

I am pretty sure that my gym is looking..... they are open til 11pm and i know they need closeing shifts.....from like 8pm-11pm wednesday, thursday sunday?FM
