How is this done? I'm curious when the 'B' list invites are sent. How soon before the RSVP date is acceptable? Are the 'A' list invites sent out earlier than usual to compensate???????

The A list is usually sent out earlier than usual, the B list is sent out 3 weeks before the RSVP date. Or you can have response cards printed with different dates for your A and B lists.

What I'm doing is we are leaving the rsvp date blank. So we could fill it in. Our rsvp date for A list group is 1 1/2 months before the wedding, then B list is 1/2 month before the wedding.
